Non-stick / Low friction surface

PTFE offers exceptional release properties that prevent adhesives, hot melt, resin and foodstuffs from sticking — improving line uptime and reducing cleaning time.

Wide temperature range

Typical continuous service up to ~260°C (500°F) and short-term resistance up to ~316°C (600°F) depending on grade and adhesive. Always consult the product datasheet for exact limits.

Multiple backing & adhesive options

Extruded PTFE film — lies flat, resists curling on unwind.

Skived PTFE film — thin flexible film used where extreme conformability is required.

Glass cloth (reinforced) PTFE tape — higher tensile strength and tear resistance for heavy duty applications.

Adhesives: silicone (high temp) or acrylic (lower temp but stronger bond to some substrates).

Chemical & electrical resistance

Teflon Film Tape resists most chemicals and provides excellent dielectric properties - suitable for electrical insulation or chemical processing lines.
